What this means for you

Nothing to sign on the day

By settlement day, everything is already signed. The day itself is your lawyer and the bank moving money and paperwork — you don’t need to do anything unless we ask.

It all moves electronically

Funds transfer between trust accounts, and the title transfers via Landonline, New Zealand’s electronic land register — no paper deeds change hands.

You’ll get a confirmation email

The moment everything is complete, we’ll email to confirm — and let you know when keys are ready, or funds are on their way.
